JUDGING INSTRUCTIONS
QUICK SCORING GUIDE HOW TO SCOREGive one overall score (1–10) per poster. Use 5 for solid/acceptable work; 10 for exceptional. Judge against these factors (keep it simple):
Score anchors: 10 Outstanding • 8–9 Excellent • 6–7 Good • 5 Meets standard • 3–4 Limited • 1–2 Deficient Ties & notes: Avoid ties when possible. If tied, favor higher scientific merit and clarity of results. Conflicts: Do not judge posters from your own program or close collaborators. Please request reassignment. AWARD GIVEN Presented for the Best Poster by a Medical Student (Trophy Award). If the original submitting author does not present the poster, that poster is not eligible to win an award.
