DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITSSunday, September 20, concluding the last break and before 5 pm.
All exhibits must remain intact until the official final break at10:30 am on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, and may not be dismantled or removed, in whole or in part, before that time. After the close of exhibits, all materials must be removed no later than 4:00pm, Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026: dismantling prior to the conclusion may result in a company not being invited to exhibit in future years. SHIPPING & MATERIAL HANDLING INFOMaterials can be shipped in advance to the CHS Warehouse or directly to the Venue. Exhibitor is responsible for making inbound and outbound shipping arrangements. Collect shipments will not be accepted. All shipments must be consigned to CHS or the Marriott Marquis FedEx and all material handling services must be onsite. CHS and FedEx Material Handling Services include receiving shipments, providing delivery to booth and return of outbound shipments to the loading dock or FedEx office. Please review the FedEx Shipping Information provided by FedEx in the link below.
