to provide continuing medical education activities for its members and meeting attendees.

HOW TO SELF-REPORT CME
First, log in to your TMA profile: TMA LOGIN LINK
Use your TMA website account log-in credentials. If you can't remember your username (email address), email [email protected] to request a reset link. If you forgot your password, request a reset on the login page.
- For location, choose the city/town where the event was held.
- For year, choose the correct year for the event.
- For each activity you attended, select record attendance
- Enter the amount of time you attended in quarter hour increments (.25, .50, .75, .1)
- Select the checkbox to certify
- Select Record CME.
- Once you do that, you will have your CME credits for this conference.
You can print from the screen by right-clicking your mouse and selecting print to a printer or print to pdf allowing you to save on your computer.
